H. Background Information for this study: Psalm 103 is a Psalm of David. It was most likely written during a difficult time in his life. He felt down and depressed. This Psalm gives us the medicine to overcome the struggles of life. 

First Section: Psalm 103:1-6. Remembering what God has done.

Second Section: Psalm 103:7-16 God's character.

Third Section: Psalm 103:17-22. Praising the Lord and focusing on Him not our struggles.
